Job Summary
Lead end-to-end outcomes across strategic initiatives and digital transformation, shaping priorities and defining the target-state operating model. Partner with product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive delivery from conception through execution. Own business direction and ensure objectives are met while managing backlogs using Agile and Scrum practices. This senior role requires strong commercial acumen, stakeholder influence, and a track record of turning strategy into measurable customer and operational results within a fast-moving banking environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in product ownership or product management within banking or financial services
- Prior Banking or Digital Product Management experience
- Demonstrated ability to drive product delivery in complex, transformation-led environments
- Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum practices
- Experience prioritising and managing product backlogs to deliver business and customer outcomes
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, bridging business and delivery teams, and influencing outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to build strong relationships
- On-site Requirement: 2-3 days per week in the office
