Job Summary
Drive product innovation and excellence in the transportation and logistics sector by leading a portfolio of products from concept through delivery. Clearly understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and financial impacts to articulate value propositions and win business. Serve as an internal and external evangelist for products and the industry, participating in conferences and presenting on relevant topics. Lead a team of analysts, owners, and managers while creating a culture of empowerment built on trust and transparency. Develop go-to-market strategies, manage budgets and staffing plans, and take calculated risks to leverage emerging technologies. Ensure safety, performance, and high user satisfaction across all product lines while delivering superior business results aligned with organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of previous experience in a Product role

- Master's Degree
- Previous technical experience
- Previous transportation experience
- Self-starter with a hyper focus on KPI's such as adoption, revenue, retention, compliance, savings, etc.
- Curiosity, creativity and willingness to break out of constraints or the status quo
- Willingness to take risks, experiment and prototype in a rapid fashion
- Strong leadership and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to make decisions and priority calls based on currently available information
- Great people skills and ability to collaborate and successfully work in teams
- Ensures expected outcomes are understood and measurable
- Strong analytical skills and ability to run data queries to produce product related KPI reports and metrics
- Ability to work independently and without supervision

- Time management skills and proven ability to work on time-sensitive deliverables
