Job Summary
Own Roamless's web products end-to-end, driving the roadmap, discovery, and delivery from an established high-traffic site to a new product built from scratch. Talk directly with customers to run user interviews, then partner with engineering, design, and data to translate problems into clear solutions within Scrum. Define and track success metrics, design A/B tests, and collaborate with marketing on positioning and go-to-market for new features. Contribute to shaping product culture and ways of working. This fully remote, permanent role is based in Europe or a Europe-friendly time zone with full stock options and a $500 home office budget.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager at a tech company
- at least 3+ years owning web products
- Highly analytical: you make data-driven decisions, are comfortable with metrics, A/B testing, and experimentation
- Technically fluent: you can discuss APIs, integrations, and technical constraints with engineers; comfortable in a complex technical domain
- Proactive and resourceful: you thrive in environments where things aren't fully defined
- End-to-end ownership: experience across discovery, delivery, and adoption
- Scrum experience: you have worked with engineering, design, and data teams in an agile environment
- Strong communicator: clear, structured, concise
- based in Europe, or works in Europe-friendly time zone
