Senior Product Manager – Wealth Management

Job Summary
Lead digital product management initiatives by overseeing development, implementation, and optimization of strategic wealth management products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience, define roadmaps, and drive business growth. Coach teams on best practices, resolve production escalations, and translate strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Oversee planning and execution of new products, including market analysis, feature definition, and go-to-market launches. Develop pricing strategies, utilize data-driven insights to optimize performance, and partner with stakeholders to align goals with market needs. Participate in business planning, prioritization, and special projects while working with global teams across time zones.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of related work experience
- At least two years of experience leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects
- Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science or IT, or Bachelor's in Computer Applications (BCA), or Master's in Computer Applications (MCA)
- Product Management experience in Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Investment platforms
- Strong understanding of Wealth Management products, client journeys, and business processes
- Experience translating business needs into product capabilities and delivery requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across business and technology teams
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, and Business stakeholders
- Customer-centric mindset with ability to represent business needs and priorities
- Agile product delivery experience with roadmap and backlog management
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with global teams across different time zones
- Strong expertise in digital product management, market analysis, and user experience optimization
- Experience with Digital Wealth Management or Client Portal platforms
- Knowledge of Micro Front-End (MFE) architecture and modern digital product ecosystems
- Experience working on enterprise web platforms and customer-facing applications
- Background in User Experience (UX) collaboration and design thinking
- Exposure to Secure Client Portals, Digital Self-Service, or Advisor platforms
- Experience leading platform modernization or digital transformation initiatives
