Senior Product Manager (w/m/d)

Senior Product Manager responsible for End-to-End product ownership with a focus on strategic and operational uplift. Drive Vision and Roadmap translating business goals into prioritized work; lead structured discovery and delivery with Engineering & QA to ship high-quality features. Apply AI prominently to workflows, develop structured prompts for rapid prototyping, automate user feedback pipelines, and generate data-driven specs. Communicate priorities clearly to Leadership and customers; measure feature success with data while maintaining the user perspective. Domain focus areas include Accounting (automation of payment flows and reconciliation), Data (enable usage of complex insurance data via scalable architecture and analytics dashboards), and Insurance Collaborative Tools & Workflows (task management, OCR, email communications, dynamic document templates) with experience in workflow engines (e.g., Camunda, n8n). Requires 3+ years PM for Mid-Level or 5+ years for Senior, strong operational drive, outcomes-oriented mindset, ability to demonstrate AI-driven improvements, proficiency in agile frameworks, requirements engineering, and tools like Jira, Figma, and analytics; fluent German and English (C1).
