Job Summary
Senior Product Manager responsible for devising and executing product and crop strategies to deliver a best-in-class Vive portfolio, managing profitability, and leading market introductions of new products and technology platforms. Contributes to market opportunities assessment, develops compelling business cases, and coordinates cross-functional launches with Sales, Agronomy, Marketing, Product Development, Field Biology, Supply Chain, and Regulatory. Drives market demand through strategic product development and positioning, translates insights into product design and go-to-market materials, and leads cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Requires deep understanding of biocontrol/synthetic product combinations, strong analytical and communication skills, multi-department collaboration, and the ability to operate in a growth-stage organization. Travel up to 30-35% across US & Canada; valid passport and driving license required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or sales-related field
- 2+ years of product management experience; 6-8+ years overall product launch experience
- Experience with biologicals/biocontrol products and product leadership in a growth-stage company
- Experience in the agricultural industry, specifically within crop protection preferred
