Job Summary
Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, lifecycle management, and commercialization of veterinary surgical products; partner with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing on new product development; conduct market research, pricing strategy, and competitive analysis; build relationships with surgeons and veterinarians; guide product launches, training, and promotional initiatives; support field teams and key sales situations; monitor product performance and guide improvements throughout the lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of surgical orthopedics and/or arthroscopy
- Ability to train surgeons, veterinarians, and sales teams on procedures and technology
- Comfortable working with cadaveric specimens for product development or training
- Ability to lead and guide other product or project managers
