Job Summary
Senior Product Manager to lead UX strategy and product execution for a large-scale mobile application. Act as the bridge between Product, Design, and Engineering to translate complex business and technical requirements into intuitive mobile experiences. Define product vision, roadmaps, and UX strategy; write user stories and acceptance criteria; manage backlogs; collaborate with design and engineering; and measure success with KPIs to drive customer value and adoption. Partner with UX designers to refine concepts into development-ready specifications, drive cross-functional alignment, and simplify technical concepts into user-friendly experiences. Maintain a prioritized backlog and ensure delivery across the full lifecycle to deliver intuitive, scalable mobile experiences and improved customer engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles
- Strong experience defining UX strategy for digital/mobile products
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience with Agile environments and Jira/Confluence
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience translating complex requirements into customer-focused solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with product discovery, backlog management, and roadmapping
- Experience working with design teams (Figma a plus)
- Experience launching or scaling consumer-facing mobile apps
- MBA or advanced business degree (preferred)
- Experience in large-scale environments serving millions of users
