Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for Universal KYC and MetaMask Passport responsible for defining the vision and roadmap of a reusable identity layer across the MetaMask product stack. Own the underlying identity platform, create scalable verification primitives and standards, and design a seamless, low-friction KYC experience that maintains compliance. Drive adoption by partnering with internal teams to integrate a consistent identity layer while balancing privacy, trust, and global regulatory requirements. Lead execution end-to-end, aligning cross-functional teams and delivering measurable outcomes. Requires proven experience in identity verification (IDV), KYC, or onboarding products; fintech and Web3 background; hands-on experience with IDV vendors (Sumsub, Veriff, Onfido, Persona, Stripe Identity); familiarity with KYC/KYB/CDD processes; track record of delivering platform products across multiple teams; and ability to operate across technical systems and user experience.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience building or scaling identity verification (IDV), KYC, or onboarding products
- Strong background in fintech, ideally with exposure to Web3
- Hands-on experience with IDV vendors such as Sumsub, Veriff, Onfido, Persona, or Stripe Identity
- Familiarity with compliance workflows, including KYC, KYB, and CDD
- Track record of delivering platform products adopted across multiple teams
- Ability to operate across technical systems and user experience
