Job Summary
Define and evolve the strategic vision and roadmap for the Salesforce platform, translating business requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize the product backlog based on business impact and cross-regional needs, while co-leading Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives. Partner with the IT Project Manager to mitigate risks and ensure timelines align with enterprise goals, acting as a strategic link between business units and technical teams. Serve as a platform evangelist to foster user-centric adoption across global user groups, collaborating with administrators and architects to build scalable solutions. Manage project governance and data integrity while tracking KPIs to quantify platform value and inform future roadmap decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in CRM product ownership or program management, specifically with Salesforce
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams
- Experience with SDLC methodologies with agile and tools such as Jira
- Demonstrated ability to work in US hours
- Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model
- Proven leadership in Agile/Scrum as a Product Owner
- strong backlog management and roadmap planning skills
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management across business and technical teams
- Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- PMP certification and or master's degree is a plus
- Experience working in life sciences or other regulated enterprise environments is preferred
- Experience with Pardot, Marketo, and Salesforce Data Cloud preferred
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Business Analyst) and Agile/Product Owner certifications (e.g., CSPO) are a plus
- Familiarity with system integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and third-party Salesforce apps
