Senior Product Manager - U.S. Growth

Senior Product Manager for Glance AI’s U.S. Growth team, onsite in San Mateo, CA. Own growth end-to-end—driving user, device, and revenue growth globally by identifying growth levers, prototyping ideas, and pitching a compelling vision. Build and test POCs with AI-assisted development, design high-fidelity mocks for OEMs/Telcos to enable distribution, and act as a growth hacker across Android/device layers. Analyze activation, engagement, and retention data to turn insights into product changes, and collaborate across tech, design, analytics, GTM, and business development. Pitch and close partnerships with OEMs/Telcos; drive AI agent usage as the platform expands. Requires 6–7+ years of consumer product management with startup DNA; strong communication and executive presence; comfortable in ambiguity; not remote. Base salary range $225,000–$285,000 (California/New York offices), with potential RSU eligibility.
