Job Summary
Own multiple related products end to end, from problem framing through launch and adoption, holding a clear view of customer, business, and product outcomes. Run discovery with customers and internal teams to translate insights into scalable product direction. Shape the roadmap by translating strategy into concrete plans, prioritizing AI agents, platform investments, and quality needs. Write requirements and decision documents defining scope, success measures, and edge cases to enable Design and Engineering. Partner deeply with cross-functional teams to resolve ambiguity, pressure-test scope, and own final product sign-off. Communicate clearly across the organization to align on shipping priorities and customer outcomes.
