Job Summary
Senior Manager, Digital Product leads the expanded product management team and oversees the online experience and strategic roadmap in partnership with executives, eCommerce product management, IT engineering, UX, Marketing and Retail. Responsibilities include developing an integrated product roadmap, delivering data-informed product recommendations, using analytics to inform UX improvements, mentoring the product team to author user stories and acceptance criteria, defining strategy to meet KPIs, understanding customer/patient personas, coordinating with vendors and internal groups to bring the roadmap to life, and leading stand-ups, planning, demos and retrospectives. The role emphasizes leadership in a matrixed environment, strong communication, and collaboration with vendors and cross-functional teams; CSPO certification is a stated qualification, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years product management or similar experience in a digital environment
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum software development
- Previous management experience
- Influential communicator and skilled operator in a matrixed environment
- Track record in working to quantifiable targets and goal orientation
- Strong executive presence with good presentation abilities
- Must be able to pass a level 2 background check
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- A curious attitude and desire to learn
- Experience working with third-party vendors
- At least one year developing and analyzing e-commerce user-journey A/B tests a plus
- Strong customer advocacy and CX focus
- CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification
