Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for QuantPilot, leading the trading-facing surfaces and activation funnel of an AI-powered crypto trading platform. Owns UX flows, onboarding, and migration from legacy products, collaborates with a Senior Product Designer, and coordinates with other PMs to balance power-user features with retail adoption. Requires real trading experience, 4+ years PM experience, and a strong ownership mindset; familiar with AI automation integrations (Figma, Notion, Jira, Github, Amplitude). Remote-friendly with hubs in Cyprus, Tallinn, and Barcelona, and presence in Poland, Portugal, Cyprus, Estonia, and Spain per posting.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally on a B2C or prosumer trading product
- Real trading experience with understanding of trading interfaces
- High ownership mindset and ability to own a domain end to end
- Proven experience scaling and streamlining product management with AI automations (integrating Figma, Notion, Jira, Github, Amplitude into AI PM workflows)
- Strong execution mindset with willingness to ship quickly and iterate based on user feedback
- Activation and growth thinking with demonstrated funnel metric improvements
- Strong UX intuition and ability to push for simpler flows
- Ability to work independently in an early-stage environment with ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Previous experience with trading scripting languages like PineScript (nice to have)
- Direct experience with crypto trading platforms, exchanges, or trading tools (nice to have)
