Job Summary
Lead an agile team to define, build, and launch mission-critical AI-driven product capabilities, translating platform features into customer-facing experiences that deliver measurable business value. Own end-to-end product discovery and delivery by writing user stories, prioritizing backlogs, and coordinating cross-functional efforts with Engineering and Design. Break down complex problems using data analytics and user research to validate solutions, while tracking progress, assessing risks, and communicating contingency plans. Establish credibility with internal and external partners, continuously improve team processes, and scale initiatives to meet growing business needs. Onboard into the product suite within the first week, take over in-flight initiatives by month one, and fully embed into a development team by quarter three to ensure high-impact, timely delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical discipline
- At least 5 years of proven software product management experience
- Proven ability to lead products end-to-end from early discovery and zero-to-one development through launch, iteration, and scale, even in ambiguous environments
- Experience using agile development methodologies with globally distributed teams and the ability to keep up with a fast-paced and global company
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company and handle a wide variety of challenges, deadlines, and a diverse array of contacts

Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience managing the development and launch of mobile, desktop, and web applications across the full product lifecycle is a plus
- Knowledge of AI product development processes and best practices
- Experience designing and launching AI-powered product features that improved engagement, efficiency, and measurable business outcomes
- Experience building and orchestrating intelligent workflows by connecting systems and automation tools to solve problems at scale
- Experience with third-party system integrations is a plus
- Comfortable working with SQL or spreadsheets to analyze data, as well as conducting research with internal and external users
- Strong expertise in using data to make decisions with a variety of tools and methodologies to gather and synthesize information
- Ability to creatively craft solutions through data and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to build wireframes and mockups, with an aptitude for keeping things simple
- Be meticulous and have a high bar for quality when writing user stories, reviewing designs, brainstorming technical approaches, and testing a feature before it is released
