Job Summary
Define and drive end-to-end product strategy across the MACH portfolio, leading Product Managers and Product Marketing resources to deliver against roadmap commitments. Translate market insight into clear priorities for the roadmap, go-to-market activity, and product lifecycle decisions while establishing strong governance and prioritisation processes. Partner with R&D, Sales, and Marketing to shape value propositions, develop robust business cases, and own product marketing outputs including positioning and launch readiness. Engage strategic customers to validate direction and drive product P&L inputs, including pricing, packaging, and investment recommendations. Monitor competitive activity and champion AI and automation evolution to inform scalable product innovation.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in product management, product leadership or related roles within roaming, clearing
- Proven experience leading Product Management teams and influencing engineering or R&D organisations
- Strong track record of owning product strategy, portfolio roadmaps and commercial outcomes
- Experience building business cases, investment recommendations and data-driven prioritisation models
- Experience launching complex software products and working with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market execution
- Demonstrated ability to engage senior customers and translate market insight into scalable product direction
- Experience with Agile software development environments and globally distributed teams
- Strong commercial mindset with ownership of revenue, margin and investment trade-offs
- Ability to bridge market strategy, customer requirements and technical execution
- Excellent leadership across multidisciplinary teams including Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, Marketing and R&D
- Strong stakeholder management from senior leadership to customers and engineering teams
- Data-driven decision-making and prioritisation discipline
- Clear communication, crisp narrative building and strong executive-level presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex product and technology landscapes into actionable direction
- Travel required
- Job location Luxembourg or India
Desired Qualifications
- Roaming industry knowledge, including GSMA, TADIG, BCE, clearing or settlement workflows
- Experience with AI or automation-led product development
