(Senior) Product Manager, Tokenized Stocks/Equity Trading (DEX)

Job Summary
Own the product strategy and roadmap for tokenized stock trading on OKX DEX, bridging traditional brokerage conventions with on-chain execution. Translate between traditional order management, execution quality, settlement logic, corporate actions, market hours, fractional shares, and native DEX workflows; lead end-to-end PRD development, prototyping, and documentation; collaborate with Growth & Operations to migrate users from traditional brokers; identify and prototype new tokenized-equities opportunities within regulatory constraints; define and monitor core product KPIs (Volume, MAU, retention, execution quality, spreads, slippage, fill rates) using user research and data feedback; work with R&D, UI/UX, QA, Compliance/Legal, and Marketing through to launch; fluent in Chinese with English as a plus; Bachelor's degree or higher.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years in product management
- 2+ years building equities / brokerage trading products
- Fluent in Chinese; English a plus
- Strong IC ownership and cross-functional leadership
