(Senior) Product Manager, Tokenized Stocks/Equity Trading (DEX)

Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for tokenized stocks/equity trading on OKX DEX. Own product strategy and roadmap, bridging traditional brokerage conventions with on-chain execution. Collaborate with Growth & Operations to migrate users from traditional brokers, evaluate opportunities in tokenized-equities and RWA, drive end-to-end delivery of PRDs and prototypes with R&D, UI/UX, QA, Compliance/Legal, and Marketing, and monitor core KPIs (volume, MAU, retention, execution quality, spread/slippage, fill rates). Fluent Chinese; English a plus. 3+ years product management with 2+ years in equities/brokerage products; Bachelor's degree or higher. Build experiences that align traditional trading concepts (order management, settlement, corporate actions, market hours) with on-chain trading, wallet integration, and DEX architecture, delivering user-research-driven decisions and cross-functional execution.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in product management, with 2+ years building equities / brokerage trading products at a securities firm, online broker, or trading platform (order entry & management, execution, market data, account/portfolio surfaces)
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Fluent in Chinese; working proficiency in English is a plus
- Strong IC ownership; able to drive projects end-to-end across cross-functional teams without people-management leverage
- Deep understanding of traditional equities market structure: order types, routing & execution quality, settlement (T+1/T+2), corporate actions, market hours, custody, margin, and fractional shares
- Working knowledge of on-chain / DEX stack: wallets, AMMs vs. order books, aggregation & routing, on-chain settlement, and the trade-offs versus a centralized brokerage backend
- Strong user research & analysis skills: experience running user interviews and usability studies, and turning qualitative + quantitative insights into product decisions
- Nice-To-Haves: tokenized equities/RWA product launch experience, or broker bridging crypto and stocks
- Bachelor level education or higher
