Job Summary
Senior Product Manager responsible for shaping product strategy and roadmaps for TikTak's car-sharing/digital initiatives. Lead cross-functional efforts from requirements through deployment, coordinate end-to-end project lifecycles, define product vision, drive development across platforms (mobile apps, web portals, CRM/BPM), conduct benchmark research, UX/UI and technical design, design and coordinate user acceptance testing, and apply agile practices to deliver value in a fast-growing mobility platform. Requires 5+ years in product management/business analysis/project management, experience with digital platforms and AI/data-driven projects, strong English communication, and the ability to lead across outsourced and in-house teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or MIS
- At least 5 years of proven work experience in product management, business analysis and project management
- Experience with digital platforms including mobile apps, web portals, CRM, BPM and data-driven projects using AI and analytics
- Knowledge of UX/UI design, technical design, and product execution phases
- Experience implementing Scrum/agile practices in outsourced and in-house teams
- Willingness to work in an agile environment and strong communication skills in English
