Job Summary
Senior Product Manager responsible for leading one or more core SaaS products in Tes' EdTech portfolio. Own the product vision, customer value proposition, roadmaps, and performance with clear accountability for outcomes. Lead structured discovery to identify and validate opportunities, define pricing strategies, onboarding improvements, and messaging, while coordinating cross-functional initiatives across product, marketing, commercial, operations, and customer success. Drive fast learning cycles through agile iteration, monitor outcomes, and refine strategy based on results. Communicate vision and progress to stakeholders and mentor other product managers to build an outcomes-driven product organisation.
