Job Summary
Define and execute product strategy aligned with business objectives while owning the roadmap from discovery through launch. Lead cross-functional teams in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and PRD development, partnering with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales. Drive innovation by leveraging AI tools for research and prioritization, then monitor performance using data-driven insights to improve user experience and track growth, engagement, and retention metrics. Present strategies and progress updates to senior leadership. Requires 7+ years of experience with mandatory fintech background and proficiency in Agile, Jira, Confluence, and SQL.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 7+ years of Product Management experience
- at least 3 years in a Senior Product Manager role or managing complex digital products
- Fintech experience
- Proven experience building, launching, and scaling digital products with measurable outcomes such as user growth, engagement, retention, revenue, or adoption
- Demonstrated ownership of products from discovery through launch, iteration, and continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of digital payments and financial services
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent product documentation skills with the ability to write clear and comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
- Proficiency in product strategy, roadmap planning, product discovery, analytics, backlog management, user story writing, product launches, and feature prioritization
- Good understanding of APIs and basic SQL
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Notion, and Figma
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Customer-centric mindset with strong decision-making abilities
