Job Summary
Senior Technical Product Manager for Case Management leading lifecycle processes for insurtech products and coordinating cross-functional engineering and product teams. Responsible for defining and delivering product requirements, evaluating performance, guiding releases, mentoring a team of Product Managers/Owners, aligning technology roadmaps with business strategy, and acting as a technical liaison for product integration and custom development. Requires hands-on expertise in API integration, SQL, data analysis, and a strong grasp of SDLC, with Scrum/Kanban delivery experience and excellent communication skills. Prior experience in life and annuity/BFSI domains is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology or related field
- Strong background as Technical Product Manager or Product Owner/Business Analyst
- Hands-on understanding of API Integration, SQL, Data Analysis
- Strong understanding of SDLC and system interfaces/architectures
- Coaching and mentoring experience for a team of Product Managers/Owners
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience delivering with Scrum/Kanban and related tools
- Ability to influence and work in a cross-functional global team
- Nice-to-have: Life & Annuity Industry or BFSI experience
