Job Summary
Senior Product Manager leads a team of Product Managers and Business Experts to drive the strategic development of digital products for Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development. Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap; align stakeholders across HR and Technology to deliver measurable outcomes; own the Total Cost of Ownership in collaboration with the Engineering Manager; shape product decisions by monitoring vendor capabilities, market trends, and emerging solutions; identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation at scale; ensure compliance with privacy, regulatory, and risk requirements; work with the global HR Tech team to translate business needs into product strategy and deliver meaningful business outcomes that improve how the organization attracts, develops, and grows its people at scale.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technology, or equivalent
