Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager with responsibility for procedural operating room (OR) surgical instrumentation categories. Develop and execute marketing strategy across downstream and upstream marketing, lead product planning including forecasting, pricing guidelines, and training, and manage a team of Product Managers. Collaborate with sales/marketing leadership on POAs and new product launches, conduct market research and VOC to inform NPD, and maintain awareness of competitive landscape. Role requires travel (domestic and global up to ~30%) and office time at Mentor, OH or Vernon Hills, IL. Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications or related field; 10+ years in business, 7+ years PM/Marketing; strong communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills. Preferred: MBA or advanced degree; medical device marketing experience; US/international experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to travel.
