Job Summary
Own a core product area, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and efficient product experience for users it serves. Lead product strategy and execution, integrating your area into the broader Steno platform while defining and prioritizing the roadmap to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility. Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance automation and efficiency, and own key workflows to ensure frictionless interactions. Lead a cross-functional squad, aligning engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-impact solutions that improve user workflows. Develop deep user understanding through research, data analysis, and direct engagement, advocating for user needs in every decision while partnering with engineering to drive scalable technical execution. Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to ensure buy-in on key initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product management
- at least 3+ years managing full product lifecycles from vision to optimization
- preferably with AI, SaaS, or legal tech products
- Strong technical acumen
- ability to communicate effectively with engineers
