Job Summary
Collaborate with feature teams to refine roadmaps and oversee the full feature lifecycle from specification to launch. Implement player-focused improvements, in-game events, and sales campaigns while prioritizing player experience in every decision. Manage product requirements and feature quality from inception to delivery, including release analysis and reporting. Analyze game and market metrics to derive actionable insights and formulate strategies for achieving business goals. Provide leadership in daily tasks and larger projects, ensuring quality and timely execution. Serve as a vocal member of the team, communicating complex ideas to upper management and cross-functional groups. Maintain a daily overlap from 9:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST to align with the U.S. team, with daytime availability during the ramp-up phase.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product management and/or product development in software or live services
- Comfortable interpreting data and market trends to guide decision-making
- ability to navigate ambiguity
- understanding of player behavior and user experience
- ability to connect player needs to product and company goals
- Skilled in managing backlogs
- setting goals
- choosing the right tools and techniques to achieve high-quality results
- Strong collaborator with a track record of mentoring and empowering others, even without direct authority
- regular daily overlap from 9:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST
- available for collaboration during daytime hours, approximately between 10:30 AM and 4:30 PM IST
- comfortable working a split schedule during the ramp-up phase
- at least two hours of guaranteed overlap with the U.S. team
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in product management and/or product development in software or live services
- previous working experience owning live operations on a major F2P title
- Previous experience in either 4X strategy or MMORPG games
