Job Summary
Lead cross-functional execution of an Agile Scrum team as Product Owner, guiding initiatives from planning through launch and iteration. Own the product backlog, align Engineering, Design, Data Product, Quality Assurance, Legal, and other partners, and proactively manage scope, dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs to keep delivery on track. Discover business opportunities through user research, product data, and competitive analysis, then translate insights into clear PRDs, user stories, and documentation. Measure feature impact, analyze performance, and drive continuous improvement via data-informed recommendations. Balance B2C funnel optimization with B2B data-powered product development while validating assumptions and making informed prioritization decisions.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Leading cross-functional engineering teams through agile development cycles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Product Design, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience with data-powered products & technologies, such as people search, identity resolution, public records, APIs, and/or web applications
- Strong understanding of how data pipelines shape the end-user experience
- Sound ROI-focused product judgment
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Figma AI to prototype ideas, improve productivity, and accelerate product development
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship
