Senior Product Manager, Specialized Deposits

Job Summary
Define and execute product roadmaps for specialized deposit offerings, including DACAs, Blocked Accounts, and Escrows, by translating business requirements into prioritized backlogs and technical specifications. Build scalable operational foundations through established product requirements, workflows, and implementation frameworks while embedding regulatory requirements into product design and risk assessments. Maintain audit readiness via proactive monitoring of regulatory changes and collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams. This role combines strategic product development with hands-on execution within RBC's US cash management portfolio, offering deep expertise in complex, high-value products.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in institutional or transaction banking (sales, product, or operations) with knowledge of commercial deposits or cash management products
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)

Desired Qualifications
- Direct experience with specialized deposit products: Control Agreements, Blocked / Pledge Accounts, Escrow and Trust or similar offerings
- Experience in institutional banking, transactional banking, or enterprise cash management
- Hands-on experience in agile product management, including user story creation and backlog management
- Working experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Mural and Figma
- Familiarity with technology-driven product management or operations
