Job Summary
Drive strategy to tactics by developing programs and managing national/regional stakeholders, including KOLs, health authorities, and key city users. Design promotional tools, brand differentiation, and training materials while partnering with cross-functions to align brand strategy and execution. Support budgeting, track competitor intelligence, and implement omni-channel campaigns to monitor business impact. Coordinate KAM development for sales force and guide regional marketing and sales force teams in executing promotional activities.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of working experience of PM/SPM positions in the biotech or MNC
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Endocrine or Rare Disease area is preferred
- Fluent English in oral and writing is preferred
- Experience in Omni-channel is preferred
- Experience in sales is preferred
- Experience in innovation program is preferred
- Medical / science background is preferred
- Writing, Oral proficiency in English
