Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager to own the product vision and strategy, define and prioritize the roadmap, lead discovery efforts with user research and interviews, write clear requirements for design/engineering, manage sprint cycles, analyze usage/feedback to drive iteration, and act as a domain expert leveraging AI tools to accelerate development. The role collaborates with design, engineering, customer success, and leadership, reports to the VP of Product, and can be based in Austin, TX or remotely. Key responsibilities include aligning roadmap with business goals, balancing innovation with technical debt, conducting user research, translating needs into actionable requirements, and delivering a cohesive, delightful user experience across a world-class SaaS platform. Preferred experience includes leading cross-functional teams, end-to-end product development in high-growth environments, strong UX understanding, excellent communication, and familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Figma, Jira, Notion, Mixpanel, and Pendo.
