Revolutionize the fulfillment and shipping journey by flipping it from a primary NPS detractor into a competitive advantage. Drive change management internally and with sellers while acting as a system thinker who navigates complexities influencing bidding, seller quality, and buyer experience. Own 10% of the platform's evolution to scale a curated marketplace moving 150K+ objects weekly, focusing on actual impact regardless of hurdles. Based in Lisbon with a hybrid schedule of two mandatory office days.
