Senior Product Manager (ShiftX)

Own the product strategy and roadmap for ShiftX process modeling — leading discovery, prioritization, and shipping features that make business process modeling genuinely useful to operations leads, transformation teams, and enterprise architects. Define direction with autonomy and deliver outcomes that move the needle for customers. Focus on AI-native process generation, connecting process models to Ardoq's broader enterprise architecture graph, and bringing structure to roadmap decisions in a fast-moving product. Requires a track record delivering B2B SaaS products in complex, data-driven environments, strong product discovery and outcome-driven development, excellent communication, and the ability to balance user needs with technical and commercial priorities. Bonus points for data visualization, enterprise software, or platform product experience. Hybrid work setup with 2-3 days per week from the Oslo office.
