Job Summary
Identify high-impact problems and articulate their business impact to drive investment decisions. Collaborate with clinical operations, design, and engineering teams to develop roadmaps, document requirements, and facilitate the full product development lifecycle from concept to launch. Empower cross-functional teams by providing context for quick decisions, fostering continuous iteration, and ensuring quality through rigorous sanity checks before feature delivery. Maintain technical depth to push back on scope with real arguments while leveraging AI to rethink productivity and build capabilities. Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for ongoing innovation within the medically integrated dispensing platform.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management
- Experience working on platform teams
- Experience working in complicated regulatory environments
- Ability to get in the weeds with engineering
- Knowledge of federal & state regulatory frameworks
- Technical depth to understand how a feature is built in the codebase
- Ability to push back on scope with a real argument
- Experience meaningfully changing how work is done through AI
- Self-driven ability to find problems and form views without waiting to be told
- Ability to check in before going deep
- Strong nose for when to push forward and when to surface something
- Ability to soak up information and learn fast
- Ability to ask good questions and connect dots quickly
- Pride and ownership in work shipped by the team
- Ability to sanity check own work before handing it off
- Aesthetic sensibility in design, writing, and presentation of work
Desired Qualifications
- Healthcare or pharmacy domain knowledge
- Experience in a regulated product environment (HIPAA, SOC 2, or similar)
