Job Summary
Own a product area end to end, launching new financing products for brands and vendors while optimizing loan sales, prefunding, and banking relationships. Build and optimize core bill pay, invoicing, and payment workflows and APIs where correctness and reliability are critical for moving hundreds of millions of dollars monthly. Manage stakeholders with real vetoes across Credit, Capital Markets, Finance, Legal, Sales, and Ops to ship on time. Write crisp specs for money-movement systems, define KPIs, and instrument them with the Data team. Talk to customers weekly to gather requirements and validate outcomes. This senior, high-autonomy role reports directly to founders and a PM partner without a CPO, working with a dedicated engineering pod. Based in Lviv or elsewhere in Ukraine, the position requires 5+ years of product management experience with strong lending or fintech background.
