Job Summary
Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for MyConnect, our digital experience platform for security officers. Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize investments and deliver measurable customer and business outcomes. Develop deep understanding of frontline operational workflows through customer research, field engagement, analytics, and experimentation to drive adoption and engagement. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, and other business partners to deliver products from concept through launch, define success metrics, and continuously optimize performance. Champion modern product management practices while leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve digital experiences and operational efficiency. Own product strategy and evolution to support thousands of frontline employees across North America, improving engagement, communication, and the overall employee experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using customer research, analytics, and experimentation to inform product decisions
- Experience partnering closely with software engineering and UX teams
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse teams
- Experience leveraging AI tools in everyday work and incorporating AI or other emerging technologies into product strategies
- Experience building and scaling mobile applications
- UX experience, training, or a strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience working within startup, consulting, and medium-to-large enterprise environments
- Global product management experience
- Experience supporting workforce management, field service, operations, logistics, or frontline workforce technology platforms
- Experience leading AI-enabled products or digital transformation initiatives
- Experience scaling enterprise software platforms serving large, distributed user populations
- Travel Required: Up to 25%
