Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for Seller Center Operations focusing on Orders and Finance. Own the roadmap, backlog, priorities and key product metrics; lead end-to-end product development from discovery to launch and iteration; leverage customer insights, analytics and operational feedback to identify opportunities; collaborate with engineering and design on requirements, trade-offs and delivery; drive improvements in operational efficiency and scalability across 20,000+ users globally while coordinating with regional stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of a complex product area or customer journey
- track record of delivering measurable outcomes
- experience across the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and optimization
- strong analytical, product discovery and execution skills with ability to use customer insight, data and experimentation
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-market environment
- preferred: experience in e-commerce or marketplace products across multi-region environments
