Job Summary
Own end-to-end product strategy and execution for the Cards and Subscriptions ecosystem, scaling surfaces to improve reliability, depth, and user engagement. Build intuitive experiences for subscription management, including detection, renewal alerts, and smart nudges, while enhancing card controls and spend visibility. Drive product-led growth through upsell and cross-sell journeys to optimize monetization, activation, and retention metrics. Collaborate with engineering to scale data pipelines and transaction enrichment, ensuring high accuracy and reliability across touchpoints. Partner with Compliance to align with DFSA, CBUAE, and SAMA guidelines, building transparent and secure product experiences. Translate ambiguous problem statements into clear PRDs and shipped features while acting as the voice of the customer to inform the roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in consumer products / fintech / payments
- Strong understanding of cards ecosystem, recurring payments, and subscription models
- Experience working with transaction data, categorisation, and behavioural insights
- Ability to define scalable product systems and drive execution end-to-end
- Strong analytical thinking with a bias toward shipping and iteration
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated startup environment
