Senior Product Manager

Job Summary
Lead product discovery through customer research, analytics, and market insights to define strategy and validate opportunities for enterprise clients. Own product vision, roadmaps, and success metrics while translating complex business challenges into actionable delivery plans that leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies. Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to drive alignment, prioritize initiatives, and manage dependencies from discovery through delivery. Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and communicate tradeoffs clearly to technical and business audiences. Mentor other Product Managers and contribute to the evolution of product management methodology and AI practices. Work on long-term projects with Fortune 500 companies and startups, utilizing flexible hours and remote options.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Product Management experience delivering complex digital products from discovery through launch and continuous optimization
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise software, data-driven products, or AI-enabled solutions
- Experience working directly with enterprise clients to define product strategy, facilitate discovery, manage priorities, and deliver measurable business outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities where AI, analytics, and automation can create customer and business value
- Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, including large language models, generative AI, AI agents, and intelligent automation, and their practical applications in digital products
- Strong product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using customer research, product analytics, and experimentation to drive product decisions
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Experience working in Agile product environments with distributed, multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience delivering enterprise SaaS platforms, customer portals, operational platforms, workflow automation solutions, or data and AI driven products
- Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, Healthcare, Digital Health, Analytics or Enterprise Operations
- Experience delivering AI powered capabilities such as conversational experiences, copilots, recommendation systems, predictive analytics, document intelligence, or intelligent automation
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), AI evaluation techniques, and responsible AI practices
- Experience working within a consulting, digital product agency, or professional services organization
- MBA or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
