Job Summary
Manage the Configurator engine's scaling and optimization to support enterprise customers, executing the long-term vision for Revenue Cloud's configuration capabilities. Collaborate across internal workstreams and industry clouds to deliver specialized configuration logic, while integrating AI/LLM technologies to transform rules authoring and enable prompt-based guided experiences. Lead product lifecycle execution from discovery to delivery, partnering with engineering on architectural scaling and engaging strategic customers to solve complex business problems. Work within an established team of Product Managers and Directors to drive the strategic scaling of configuration technology.
Required Qualifications
- A MUST-HAVE track record of working with complex configurators, specifically those utilizing rules-based or constraint-based engines
- Experience with or a strong understanding of AI-powered products, including ML and LLM concepts and their practical applications in a product context
- Extensive experience as a product owner leading agile teams at a technology company over multiple product lifecycles
- Ability to partner with engineering on architectural scaling and complex logic systems
- Strong ability to communicate technical roadmaps and product value to both internal stakeholders and external customers
- A related technical degree required
- In office expectations are 36 days/a quarter to support customers and/or collaborate with their teams
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in configuration within the High-Tech or Manufacturing sectors
- Background in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) or Quote-to-Cash processes
- Working knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its application interfaces
