Own the product strategy for Clover's restaurant technology offerings, defining vision for digital ordering, table management, and payment systems. Analyze market trends and conduct customer insights analysis to identify pain points, then drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects market demands while collaborating across functions to translate requirements into actionable features. Leverage data and feedback to iteratively enhance product offerings and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Requires 10+ years in product management within restaurant/hospitality, deep knowledge of operations, and proficiency in Japanese.
