Job Summary
Define and deliver products that combine user experience, business expectations, and technology to solve complex problems within the Analytics Center of Excellence. Act as the primary relationship manager with business partners and stakeholders, ensuring full engagement, resolving general issues, and aligning business strategy for services including Length of Stay reduction, Case Management, and Perioperative Services. Support analytics products across Acute Hospital Operations using SQL, ADO, Tableau, and Power BI. This role requires strong problem resolution, decision-making, and partnering skills in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years progressively increasing responsibility in management level experience (project, program, product and/or people) with a focus on data management, analytics, product design, customer engagement, data science, platform development, or related management experience
- 5 years familiarity with analytics tools, platforms, and languages: SQL, ADO, Tableau, Power BI, or other similar tools
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent educ/experience
- 5 years experience working with healthcare data and healthcare operations
- Industry frameworks in applicable domain
