Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for Traffic Cop, MonetizeMore’s IVT-detection product. Define and execute the product strategy to reduce invalid traffic and increase publisher yield, directing the end-to-end process from discovery and data analysis to go-to-market strategy and post-launch revenue tracking. Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sales, Marketing) to ensure adoption and monetization, identify new monetization opportunities within the ecosystem, and iterate based on data-driven metrics. Demonstrates a founder-like ownership mindset, focuses on ROI, and prioritizes features that move revenue and customer value rather than output alone.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management
- Experience with an Outcome-Driven Product Operating Model
- Strong data-driven decision making
- Cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Sales, and Marketing
- Ability to translate complex technical logic into clear value propositions
- Founder mindset and ownership of product outcomes
