Job Summary
Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the eXp Realty product team. Collaborate with Directors of Product to align initiatives with business goals and user needs; analyze user data to identify usability improvements; partner with engineering, design, and marketing to ensure seamless delivery and launch; conduct user research and gather feedback to inform decisions; prioritize features and drive workshops with diverse teams; establish KPIs for product success and report progress; own search and AI growth metrics and present strategic recommendations to leadership; lead agile ceremonies and champion continuous improvement; monitor industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to real estate, AI, and software; mentor cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across stakeholders; leverage AI and data-driven insights to inform product enhancements and strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience preferred within technology
- experience with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
- strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- ability to gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders
- familiarity with UX principles and customer-centered design
