Job Summary
Senior Product Manager (Special Hires) responsible for the strategy, development, and implementation of new systems, tools, and business processes to power growth. Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering to release and optimization. Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment; identify automation opportunities and implement solutions; collaborate with business analysts, designers, and engineering, while independently handling niche projects as needed. Emphasis on turning strategic goals into actionable product solutions, with a data-informed approach, and leveraging no-code/low-code tools for early prototyping. Hybrid remote work across time zones with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Product or Project Manager in a fast-paced digital or tech-driven environment with measurable delivery results
- Proven track record in business process analysis, optimization, and digital transformation
- Strong analytical mindset with data-informed decision-making
- Deep understanding of when to build vs. when to solve without development
- Experience building automations to optimize processes and manual tasks
- Proficiency in no-code/low-code tools for prototyping and hypothesis validation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
- Self-driven, highly organized, comfortable working remotely across time zones
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
