Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for an AI-enabled learning platform. Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery through delivery, prototype concepts with AI, drive pre-development estimation, conduct customer and market research, translate requirements into actionable user stories, and establish and track metrics. Build trusted cross-functional relationships across leadership, engineering, and customer success; champion continuous process improvements within an Agile environment; leverage AI tools to accelerate feedback loops and time-to-validated-solution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 10+ years of experience in software Product Management with end-to-end ownership
- AI-first mindset with experience bringing an AI product/feature to market
- Technical background with ability to work with engineering teams; SQL proficiency
- Experience with ETL and data warehousing tools such as Snowflake
- Strong communicator with ability to present and drive consensus
- Proven track record in customer research and discovery to inform product decisions
- Ability to prioritize and defend decisions; Agile practitioner
- Organized and adaptive with ability to manage multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Atlassian products, Claude
- Must be located in the United States and legally eligible to work
- Must be able to travel for in-person meetings when needed
