Job Summary
Define and own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple product families supporting Redica's market position. Translate customer and business needs into scalable data products while collaborating with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Analysts to build solutions addressing complex regulatory challenges. Identify market opportunities and prioritize features to guide high-impact development, acting as a thought leader who influences executive-level decisions and drives innovation across the portfolio. Serve as a trusted partner to cross-functional leaders, facilitating collaboration between product, engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver measurable value. Balance stakeholder needs and leverage industry expertise in life sciences, quality, and regulatory compliance to ensure exceptional solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management
- Proven track record of delivering technically complex SaaS products
- Experience solving advanced technical challenges
- Strong technical acumen
- Ability to deeply understand technical challenges
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering teams
- Proficiency with data visualization and business intelligence tools
- Familiarity with data pipelines
- Familiarity with advanced data structures
- Familiarity with SaaS architecture
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies
- Strong understanding of SDLC
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in mature product organizations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

- Experience with data products in a mature product organization
- Experience launching and scaling products in a B2B SaaS environment
- Significant expertise in the life sciences industry, particularly in quality or regulatory compliance
- Proven experience in delivering data products
