Job Summary
Own the Alerts & Presence product roadmap, defining how alerts are generated, prioritized, routed, and resolved across video, sensors, LPR, drones, and third-party integrations. Build presence experiences providing real-time visibility into responder locations, unit status, and asset proximity while designing fast workflows for incident monitoring and response coordination. Partner with engineering and design to ship low-latency features across web and mobile, engaging global law enforcement and enterprise users to validate needs and test improvements. Align with other product teams to ensure seamless data flow and use metrics to refine priorities, reducing alert fatigue and improving situational awareness. Support go-to-market, training, and rollout with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and positive field feedback.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years working on real-time, event-driven, or alerting systems
- Experience building products where speed, clarity, and reliability directly impact outcomes
- Strong grasp of alerting frameworks, geolocation and presence systems, real-time data pipelines, and notification design
- Familiarity with live video, sensor networks, LPR, drone telemetry, and IoT integrations
- Track record of turning user insights into clear product direction and focused execution
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through roadmap, design, delivery, and iteration
- Clear communicator who drives alignment, decisions, and measurable outcomes
