Job Summary
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered features, specifically the Digital Assistant across quote-to-cash workflows. Translate business needs into technical specifications, collaborating with data scientists and engineers to bring AI capabilities to life. Prioritize features based on user impact and business goals, while monitoring performance metrics to drive iterative improvements. Independently lead end-to-end strategy, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives and delivering compelling narratives on operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Hybrid work arrangement (average 2 days per week from an HPE office)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or related field of study
- 8+ years of work experience in related field
- Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry
- Expert team skills and ability to cross functionally drive/influence work through others
- Ability to mentor and lead teams to achieve results for complex, ambiguous projects
- Expert skills in cost efficient solution building
- Expert skills in financial performance metric creation and analysis
- Expert business acumen
- Knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detection
- Ability to provide product specific technical training to the team
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred
