Define and track KPIs to measure product success, advocate for user-centric design, and stay ahead of industry trends in capital markets.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with data to inform product decisions and measure success (KPIs/OKRs)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and vice versa
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a buy-side or sell-side firm (asset manager, hedge fund, or investment bank)
  • Certifications such as CFA
  • Experience in digital transformation initiatives and enterprise product management
  • Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and automation in product development
  • Certifications in Product Management (e.g., CSPO, Pragmatic Institute, or similar)
  • Experience in customer experience (CX) strategy and omnichannel product development
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and SaaS product management
