Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager to own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for privacy-first community experiences. Define and drive product strategy from first principles through shipped features. Own activation, engagement, retention, and community health metrics; translate knowledge of online communities into a clear product point of view and execution plan. Lead cross-functional execution with 6–12 engineers plus design, data, and growth. Drive structured discovery through user research and competitive analysis; represent the product externally to users, partners, and leadership. Strong, direct communicator with 10+ years in product management for social or community platforms, deep understanding of community mechanics, and data-informed decision making. Nice-to-have experience includes privacy-respecting alternatives to mainstream platforms and familiarity with open-source community protocols. In-Person collaboration across Geneva, Zürich, Barcelona, London, and more, with offices and face-to-face work common.
